Membership

• Fees due 1^st January each year and payable no later than the 1^st rally in February (same year). Due to insurance regulations riders will be unable to ride if fees are not paid by the due date.
• Pony Club age Limits - approx. 8 - 25 years. Younger members would be considered subject to riding ability and D.C./ Committee approval.
• Grading cards will be available approximately 4 - 8 weeks after the D.C. and Committee have approved membership.
• The Committee will limit membership to a set level to enable adequate instruction levels for all riders.
• Fundraising is necessary therefore assistance at our horse trails Annual Showjumping Day, Combined Training Day & Gymkhana is required. These events are necessary to keep our Club fees at a minimum.
• Members (Parents) will be required to assist on a roster system in the canteen and grounds on rally days.
• Regular working bees are compulsory to ensure a safe environment for all riders.

• N.B.   The above two requirements must be fulfilled for entry into any Pony Club event and Gymkhana - P.C.A.V. rules.

• Wyena encourages members to participate in both individual and team events held by other pony clubs (i.e. within P.C.A.V.). Entry forms are sometimes available at the Wyena club rooms. Members competing in external events on official Wyena rally days will not be credited attendance at Pony Club. (Unless the event is a state qualifier.) It is therefore recommended that that you attend as many rallies as possible.
• Each year the club holds a camp for the purpose of providing additional instruction and pleasure riding. The cost of the camp is not included in the annual fees. Parent participation is essential to the smooth running of the occasion.
